Large Laboratory Glass "Kipps Apparatus", Big Chemical Glass Apparatus
Beautiful laboratory glassware so-called Kipps Apparatus that was invented by a Dutch pharmacist Petrus Jacobus Kipp in the 1830s. This is a device is used for the generation of small quantities of laboratory gases.
This one has two main pieces that go into each other. This Kipps Apparatus is made in Germany. It is made of the typical heat-resistant laboratory glass. The device is in good condition. It is a vintage piece and can be a lovely house decoration!
It is 50 cm high, 20 cm wide, and weighs 2.6 kg.
